1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • The product must not be damaged or altered.
  • The return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Innerwear, lingerie, or hygiene-sensitive items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
  • Items returned without original tags and packaging.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@sumistyles.com with your Order ID and reason for return.
  2. Our support team will verify your request.
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
  4. Ship the product back to the address provided.

Note: Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is defective or incorrect.


4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected.
  • After successful inspection, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), you will be asked to provide bank details for refund processing.


5. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
  • Exchange requests must also be made within 7 days of delivery.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again.
  • Contact your bank or payment provider as processing times may vary.
